Acupressure
Instead of needles, fingers are used to stimulate the acupuncture points in the body using principles of Chinese medicine to relieve pain and a variety of other symptoms.
Gliding
Practitioner uses gliding strokes applied with oil with the flat of the hand by putting the fingers together with hands outstretched. The stroke can vary in rhythm, pressure, and motion and can be applied with one or two hands.
Myofascial release
Eliminate pain and restore range of motion with gentle, yet sustained pressure into the deep connective tissues of the body. The lack of oils during this treatment allows the practitioner to directly sense facial restrictions.
Therapeutic mobilization
Through precise, minute joint manipulation, normal joint function, power, and range of motion are restored, including soft tissues around the joint.
Therapeutic stretching
Practitioner assists the client in this active therapy in the stretching process by focusing on certain muscles that drive the movement of a particular joint, increasing the range of motion around a joint, relieving muscle soreness and muscle-joint stiffness associated with age, and promoting relaxation.
